Bake Treats for Children in Our Community
Mon., Feb. 10 - At Home
Bake at Home and drop off by 2pm Tues. Feb. 11
Bring a smile to children currently experiencing homelessness by baking nut-free treats! These will be included in meal deliveries to families temporarily living in motels. Please drop off your individually wrapped treats at our 1880 Princeton Avenue location by 2 PM Tuesday, February 11th. Every sweet contribution makes a difference!
Create a Welcoming FreeStore Experience (5 slots per day)
Mon. Feb. 10 (9:30am – 12pm)
Thursday Feb. 13 (10am – 1pm) - 1000 Division Street, Trenton, NJ
Help create a welcoming space where clients can shop for clothing, professional attire, household items, and more—all at no cost to them. Your role includes sorting incoming donations and organizing the store to ensure its accessible and inviting for those we serve.
Assist in Our Choice Market Food Pantry (5 slots per day)
Mon. Feb. 10 (9:45am – 2:15pm)
Tues. Feb. 11 (1:45pm – 6pm)
Thurs. Feb. 13 (9:45am – 2:15pm) - 1880 Princeton Avenue, Lawrenceville NJ
Join our team in creating a dignified shopping experience for our clients at HomeFront’s Choice Market food pantry. Tasks include assisting clients, retrieving carts, and restocking shelves. Spanish and Haitian Creole speakers are especially encouraged to volunteer!
Get Ready to Make an Impact: Volunteer Orientation (25 slots)
Mon. Feb. 10 (5:30pm – 6:15pm) - 1880 Princeton Avenue, Lawrenceville NJ
New to volunteering with HomeFront? Join this engaging session to dive into our mission, core values, and the ins and outs of client-facing, in-person volunteering. We’ll cover key policies, introduce you to department contacts, and wrap up with a fun Q&A to get you excited and prepared to make a difference! Attendance is highly encouraged for all in-person volunteers.
Deliver Hope with Double Helpings (3 slots per day)
Tues. Feb. 11 (2:30pm – 5:30pm)
Thurs. Feb.13 (2:30pm – 5:30pm) -1880 Princeton Avenue, Lawrenceville NJ
Join our Double Helpings team to deliver hot meals and essential supplies to individuals experiencing homelessness in area motels. Volunteers must be at least 18 years old to participate. Please also sign up for the Virtual Volunteer Orientation to get started!
ArtSpace Valentine Collage Workshop: Sip and Create! (16 slots)
Wed. Feb. 12 (6 – 8pm) - Treasure Trove, 31 West Broad Street, Hopewell NJ
Join us for a fun evening of collaging, sipping, and learning about HomeFront’s mission! Enjoy a relaxing time creating a Valentine for someone special in your life while supporting a great cause. Suggested donation of $25 per person. Must be 21 to attend.

Bake at Home and drop off by 2pm Thurs. Feb. 13
Sign up to bake nut-free cupcakes or prepare Valentine's goodie bags for children and families staying at our HomeFront Family Campus. Please individually wrap whatever you can generously offer. Please drop off your individually wrapped treats at our 1880 Princeton Avenue in Lawrenceville by 2 PM Thursday, February 13th.

Join Our CEO for Lunch: A Proactive Approach to Addressing Homelessness (15 slots)
Fri. Feb. 14 (12pm – 1pm) - 1880 Princeton Avenue, Lawrenceville NJ
Join our CEO for lunch and learn about HomeFront’s proactive, upstream approach to addressing homelessness. Gain insight into our programs and services and understand the challenges our clients face every day as we work together to break the cycle of poverty and homelessness.
Host a Diaper Drive & Join Our Diaper Wrapping Event (15 slots)
Sat. Feb. 15 (10am – 12pm) - 1880 Princeton Avenue, Lawrenceville NJ
Diapers can cost $70-$80 per month per child and aren’t covered by food stamps. You can make a difference by hosting a diaper drive and bringing the collected diapers to our donation center. Afterward, join us for a fun and impactful diaper wrapping activity to support families in need!
